All PAXI parcels are covered up to R500 for parcel losses. If you are sending items of higher value you can get piece of mind by buying additional loss parcel insurance. Buy an insurance voucher for R10 which will give you up to R2500 cover or R20 for up to R5000 cover. PAXI parcel insurance vouchers must be activated within a 7 day period from purchase date. One voucher claim per parcel.

As a business owner or a regular PAXI sender, you can register multiple parcels using our Portal, saving you time, as your quick drop will only require a parcel scan as all other details will have been entered prior online.
